1. Data Collection
The WithoutWhy Execution Lab exclusively collects data necessary for the biological and psychological audit of the operator. This includes, but is not limited to, Stability Check assessments and transaction data processed via Stripe.
2. Confidentiality
All shared information is treated with clinical-grade confidentiality. Data is stored anonymously and is never shared with third parties, except where required for payment processing and verification (Stripe).
3. Cookies & Tracking
We utilize minimal tracking technologies to ensure the integrity of the “Analysis Buffer” and the “Diagnosis” delivery. No redundant marketing pixels are deployed; only essential operational data is monitored.
4. Rights of the Subject
Every operator retains the right to request full deletion of their file from our clinical database. Requests should be submitted via the Incident Reporting Terminal.
