1. Protocol Access
Access to ‘The Protocol | Behavioral Recovery System’ is strictly personal. Sharing credentials or redistributing clinical materials is considered a breach of protocol and will result in immediate termination of access without refund.
2. No Financial Guarantee
WithoutWhy: The Execution Lab provides behavioral auditing and educational frameworks. We do not guarantee financial profits. Trading involves significant risk; the operator remains 100% responsible for all execution decisions and market outcomes.
3. Refund Policy (Digital Content)
Due to the immediate digital nature of the clinical dossiers and protocol access, all sales are final. Once the ‘Calibration Phase’ has been initiated and materials have been accessed, no refunds will be issued.
4. Intellectual Property
All frameworks, calculators, and terminology used within the Lab are the exclusive intellectual property of WithoutWhy. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
